thanks to its great variety of tracks, its maintenance and its quality tracks. You can take advantage of the 6 restaurants on the plateau to have a gourmet break and discover the local specialties.


In addition to cross-country skiing, you can also explore numerous routes on snowshoes or on foot.

During the summer, there are a few farms where the legendary Savoyard cheeses such as Reblochon and Tomme de Savoie are made.  The Glières plateau also offers a wide range of activities during this season.

History place

The plateau of Glières is also known for having been a high place of resistance during the 2nd world war. It shelters a monument in homage to the resistance fighters. How to get there ?

The access to the plateau of Glières is not easy and it is done via 2 rather sinuous and narrow roads.
