Our instructors have a common passion for Nordic activities.
Also, in order for the practice to be a pleasure, an apprenticeship is necessary. Our instructors, trained to the highest standards at the National Nordic Skiing and Mid-Mountain Center in Prémanon, will help you discover the pleasure of skiing and our exceptional territory in complete safety.

Exceptional group course

A group class "Thursday night". 

As its name indicates, it takes place at night from 6:30 to 7:30 pm on Thursdays. (If you are a complete beginner, we advise you to start with one or two private lessons to familiarize yourself with the practice before adding the challenge of skiing at dusk!)

A group lesson in a more classic format, organized according to demand and our availability.

A course format that is accessible and open to all. 1h30 of skiing to progress while enjoying the emulation of a group. (In order to ensure the quality and homogeneity of the groups for the group lessons, reservations are made directly with the instructors)

    We don't follow groomed trails, we improvise for you friendly paths, adapted to your level.

    A wide ski, with edges, scales, robust shoes, heels detached: a comfortable equipment which allows as much a soft approach for the beginners, as a search for strong sensations for more experienced skiers.

    Biathlon combines two disciplines: cross-country skiing and rifle shooting. ( Can also be practiced with snowshoes )

    Test your biathlete skills by learning or improving your biathlon skills with ESI. 
    After an introduction to the laser rifle to assimilate the shooting positions, it's time for the air rifle (10m lead) which is closer to competition shooting.
    Initiation with a 22 Long Rifle: Discover the real sensations of biathlon with an exceptional performance to do everything like the top athletes. Shoot real bullets at 50m on a shooting range with world cup standards with a real competition rifle.
