The International Ski School (ESi) of 7 Laux welcomes you across its three sites — Prapoutel, Pipay, and Le Pleynet — offering ski and snowboard lessons for all levels.

Led by certified and experienced instructors, students benefit from personalized teaching in small groups, ensuring both progress and enjoyment on the slopes.

At ESi 7 Laux, we prioritize friendliness, safety, and a high-quality experience — whether it’s a first encounter with snow, technical improvement, or discovering the wonders of the mountains.

Our vision of skiing

The school offers Ski, Snowboard, mountain hiking, off-pistes, freestyle and freeride lessons, from beginner to expert level. For children, teens and adults! The team will welcome you, reassure beginners, people with an apprehension of skiing or the mountains but also advise the best, due to the multidisciplinary skills of the team, in all areas!

    Age: From 6 years for beginners — all lessons take place on the slopes.

    Explore the mountains from a new perspective with a certified mountain guide:

    🎯 Goal: improve skiing on all snow types while learning to anticipate mountain hazards

    • Departure/return: at the climbing wall, Prapoutel ski area

    • 🎿 Equipment: appropriate skis, poles, helmet, and ski pass required

    • 🎒 Safety gear: backpack, DVA, shovel, probe provided if needed

    • 🏅 No official medal, but a small surprise concludes the week

    Discover ski touring and explore the breathtaking world of wild mountains: learn about equipment, uphill techniques, safety, and route planning… all before enjoying an amazing descent! Led by a certified ski instructor or a mountain guide.

    Schedule:

    • Half-day: Morning 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM or Afternoon 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

    • Full-day: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (bring a snack to stay energized!)
      💡 Tip: The ideal time depends on your goals, snow conditions, and weather. Our instructors can help you choose the best slot.

    Prices:

    • Half-day: €220 per group

    • Full-day: €400 per group

    Price covers the entire group, whether alone, with family, or friends. There’s no participant limit, but the program will be adapted according to group size (objectives differ for 4 vs. 15 people).

    Times may vary depending on weather and snow conditions. Our guides will advise you on the best moment to enjoy your outing.

    Price applies to the entire group (friends, family, etc.)
    👉 Mountain outings are limited to 4 participants per guide, depending on conditions and route type.

    Want to experience a unique moment in the heart of the Belledonne mountains?
    Join a snowshoe walk guided by an ESi instructor or a certified mountain guide, who will adapt to your wishes, skill level, and the age of the children. A friendly and nature-filled experience, combining discovery, relaxation, and wonder!

    🕒 Schedule

    • Outside school holidays: flexible times — we adapt to your schedule!

    • During February holidays:

      • Afternoon outing: 3:00 PM – 5:30 PM

      • Evening outing: 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM 🌙
        👉 If your preferred slot is not available online, contact us by email or phone — we’ll find a solution!

    💶 Prices

    • €57/hour – up to 4 people (price for the whole group)

    • €78/hour – 5 to 8 people (price for the whole group)
      ➡️ For larger groups, we recommend two instructors for comfort and safety.

    Evening option: +€10/person

    Includes a magical torchlight walk (electric torches for children 🔦, flame torches for adults 🔥) and a friendly aperitif in the heart of the mountains.
