Challenge yourself with an off-piste session or regenerate with a cross-country skiing escape.

For your children, group lessons in mini-groups of 6 allow better teaching and optimal safety.
A medal and a souvenir video are offered to your child to attest to their level.

We also offer group lessons for adults. Groups are limited to 4 people to minimize contact and ensure maximum security. Besides this will allow you to progress faster !

Our instructors also guide in telemark, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, luge,
or for your group or team building trips. Don't hesitate to ask for an offer.

Never skied, I am 3 years old

Your child will learn to ski on his own, he will master a snowplough run at the end of the week.

With a quality supervision, he will progress quickly thanks to the instructors of the Adrenaline ski school. They are all professionals, experienced and specially trained to teach children through specific games and techniques that ensure maximum fun with rapid progress.

Children are grouped according to their abilities and age. At the end of the week, they receive a medal and a certificate that attests to their level, as well as a souvenir video.

We advise you to get information from Swiss Snowsports, the umbrella association of Swiss Ski and Snowboard Schools in charge of the training of snowsports teachers in Switzerland. You will start with a kids instructor and finish with the Federal Certificate of Snow Sports Instructor if you want to go up the ladder. This training provides a high level of competence recognized throughout the world. It is taught in 3 languages: French, German and Italian.
