Free shuttles are at your disposal to reach the snow front "Pré Chabert", located at about 1km from the center of the village with its chalets and residences.  The snow front is ideal to initiate you to the joys of skiing and will offer you a quick access to the ski area with its 250km of slopes offered by the numerous ski lifts. It will delight you with its great diversity of slopes and its magical panoramic view, it is the largest unlinked ski area in the Southern Alps. 

You will also be able to practice Nordic skiing along the river in a relaxing and magical atmosphere with more than 40km of cross-country ski trails.

A thermal spring

Mônetier les Bains is famous for its thermal spring which is said to be excellent against rheumatism, skin and even gastric problems. This "Miracle" water flows in the heart of the beautiful village streets, it is also possible to dip your feet in it on the heights of the village. A playful thermal center of the Great Baths was recently created, it offers a visit impossible to circumvent summer as winter to relax you while admiring the surrounding mountains.
