Ski instructor and Federal trainer, I will accompany and teach you skiing, snowboarding, telemarking and ski touring / ski-exploration with a high quality pedagogy, a passion for transmission and for our natural environment. From children to adults, on or off piste and more, in English or French; I will share with you my valuable knowledge on biomechanics, physiology, mental, motor, environment, climatology, fauna and flora.
As your personal trainer, the journey we will take together will be highly adapted to your level, your needs and your requirements.
